Although when I booked, I was not aware that the entry ticket prices were not included in the price so it was an additional fee to purchase the tickets of both the castles for 37€. I do agree with reviews that call for more time in Giverny and less time in Versailles. Especially after seeing Monet’s gardens it can be a lot to have 3 full hours in Versailles gardens (palace tour was great and the gardens are still breathtaking).…”

“Where do I start? I would give this 0 stars if I was able. Tour was supposed to meet at 7am. Started 1 hour late. Apparently, there was a mix up with the bus. One tour company bought another tour company blah, blah blah. This set the tone for the rest of the day. Could not understand the tour guide- she spoke very broken English. Additionally, were only given vague information about the tour stop and the tour description did not fit the experience. Viator does not want to hear about your issues. Too big to care. Do yourselves a favor and use another company.”
