“My husband and I had a great time at this concert. The performers were great and obviously enjoyed what they were doing. This translated into their performances of the pieces and their engagement with the audience. The Orangery was a beautiful venue - historic and not too big. We were lucky enough to be there when the Christmas markets were on. The lady at the ticket office gave us a voucher to get a free drink from one of the stalls which served the most delicious chicken schnitzel and potatoes in a cone. All round a wonderful night in Vienna.”

“The reasons I give 3 stars are the following two: 1. There should be detailed directions and photos for the meeting point as well as for the opera building. Otherwise it's very crowded place and hard to figure it out . 2. The concert was a joke. The floor was not inclined and the chairs were aligned back to back. As a result you could not see anything. I left in less than 5 min. If you ask me if I would do it again the answer is No.”

“Beautiful 90 minute concert featuring the works of Mozart & Straus! The venue felt a bit thrown together and while technically on the grounds of Schönbrunn Palace, it was NOT a palatial experience. The concert is held in a temporary area palace-adjacent (Orangerie)…in essence the garden building/shed. The musicians and opera singers were of high quality and we enjoyed the performance. The only shortcomings are the “ambiance” and exclusively tourist audience. I concede that it’s a tough time of year for music in Vienna.”

“Just the tour of the palace is worth it, it’s like taking a semi-private self-tour, they give you auto-guide and the palace it’s empty for your enjoyment. The dinner it’s good but forgettable, it’s at the restaurant. The concert it’s at an other building (part of the palace compound) but at some point resemblance a nice warehouse with nice chairs, but the space between them are súper small (if you have the budget, go for at least zone A. We think that they forget to turn on the AC, because it was so hot in there (we went in December). The singers were bad, musicians average; but definitely not worth…”

As I was a single person I didn’t even get seated in the same part of the restaurant the couple of other people were seated. The food was very ordinary….. the concert was great though even if you weren’t allowed to take photos or videos…. But I think this activity was over priced.”
